Elmwood Park and River Grove police blotter for Dec. 13, 2012

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Elmwood Park and River Grove police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Elmwood Park

TRAFFIC

Jennifer Hardin, 24, of 9240 W. Jill Lane No. 2S, Schiller Park, was arrested at 9:22 a.m. Dec. 6 at 78th Avenue and Sunset Drive and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. Her court date is Dec. 28.

Emily Green-Edwards, 46, of 2661 W. Warren Blvd., Chicago, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. Dec. 6 on 7200 block of North Avenue and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. Her court date is Jan. 11.

Carlos Heredia, 57, of 3049 W. George St., Chicago, was arrested at 12:14 p.m. Dec. 7 on 7300 block of Grand Avenue and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. His court date is Jan. 11, 2013.

River Grove

ROBBERY

Primitivo Torres, 20, last known address is 3112 N. Linder Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. Dec. 3 at Paris Avenue and Walsh Lane and charged with felony robbery for an alleged robbery that took place at 12:25 a.m. Nov. 22. He is currently in custody with a court date pending.
