Elmwood Park and River Grove police blotter for Jan. 17, 2013

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the River Grove and Elmwood Park police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

River Grove

BATTERY

Stepan Kutsyy, 30, of 8451 Arnold St., River Grove, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. Jan. 11 on 8400 block of Arnold Street and charged with domestic battery. His court date is Jan. 20.

DUI

Dariuz Sojka, 44, of 1225 E. Woodbury Lane, Palatine, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. Jan. 11 on 3100 block of River Road and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. His court date is Feb. 12.

Alexander Manzo, 24, of 6431 Davane Court, Downers Grove, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. Jan. 12 on 2500 block of River Road and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. His court date is Feb. 21.

Elmwood Park

BATTERY

Stefan Wolski, 64, of 7825 Sunset Drive, Elmwood Park, was arrested at 5:51 a.m. Jan. 8 on 7800 block of Sunset Drive and charged with domestic battery. His court was Jan. 10.

TRAFFIC

Guadalupe Moreno, 30, of 2750 N. Lawndale Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. Jan. 9 on 8200 block of Grand Avenue and was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Her court date is Feb. 21.

ALCOHOL

Michael Lacey, 20, of 8233 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2:59 a.m. Dec. 20 on 2500 block of Harlem Avenue and charged with zero tolerance. According to police, Lacey possessed, consumed or purchased alcohol.
