Elmwood Park police blotter: Man charged with DUI, driving on train tracks

Elmwood Park police blotter for the week of August 1-8.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Elmwood Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DUI

  • Roman A. Ebert IV, 40, of 610 Forest Ave., River Forest, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. July 13 on the 7600 block of Grand Avenue and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and trespassing on the right of way. While driving on Grand near 76th Avenue at the railroad crossing, he allegedly drove his vehicle off the road and on to the railroad tracks. His court date is July 26.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

  • Jessica A. Aguado, 34, of 7802 Cressett Drive, Elmwood Park, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. July 9 on 7800 block of Cressett Drive and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing. Aguado allegedly had a verbal dispute with a neighbor and did not leave the neighbor’s property after several requests to do so. Her court date is Aug. 8.
