Elmwood Park police blotter: Man charged with leaving scene of accident

Elmwood Park

LEAVING THE SCENE

  • Vince Accurso, 49, of 2732 N. 74th Ave. in Elmwood Park, was charged Aug. 25 with leaving the scene of an accident, driving while his license was suspended and failing to provide proof of insurance following an accident on the 2800 block of 72nd Court. Accurso received a Sept. 12 court date at the Maybrook Courthouse.

DUI

  • Bridget Marz, 23, of 353 East Lyndale Ave. in Northlake, was charged Aug. 24 with driving while under the influence and failing to provide proof of insurance, as well as traffic violations following a traffic stop on the 7400 block of Diversey Ave. Matz received a Sept. 12 court date at the Maybrook Courthouse, Maywood.

HARASSMENT

  • Gabriela Comparan-Soto, 31, of 2214 N. 73rd Court in Elmwood Park, was charged Aug. 25 with violating an order of protection and harassment by telephone after she allegedly sent 61 text messages to the victim. Court information was not available.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

  • Jorge Lopez, 24, of 2400 N. 76th Ave. in Elmwood Park, was charged Aug. 29 with criminal damage to village property after he allegedly ripped out flowers in the planters outside the Elmwood Park police station, 7600 W. Fullerton Ave. Lopez received a Sept. 26 court date at the Maybrook Courthouse.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

  • Grzegorz Przybylski, 68, of 3010 N. Normandy Ave. in Chicago, was charged Aug. 27 with criminal trespass after he allegedly entered a residence on the 2800 block of 73rd Ave. without permission. Przybylski received a Sept. 26 court date at the Maybrook Courthouse.
