Thyroid Screening: 8-9:30 a.m. June 12. Blood draw screening is for TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone). Neither fasting nor preparation required. Test results will be mailed within one week. Fee: $10 payable at screening.

Free Lecture: “Break Away From Addiction,” 6-7 p.m. June 14. The use and abuse of alcohol and other chemicals can disrupt a person’s life and the lives of family members. Certified drug and alcohol counselor, will discuss the New Vision program that provides treatment.
