Prodigy 5K Run-Walk: 9 a.m. Nov. 10 in Melrose Park. The Prodigy 2020 Foundation, a not-for-profit organization provides educational and economic resources to economically impoverished individuals. It provides educational scholarships, life skills workshops, counseling and more. This is its annual fund-raising event. WaterBotics Camp: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. July16-19 on the main campus in River Grove. Will give sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade students the opportunity to use creativity and logic to make underwater robots programmed to swim.
