Hurricane Issac blew in Lilly, a sweet petite beagle, from a small shelter in Louisiana. Lilly is affectionate with people. She can be a bit timid in new situations, so she would prefer a home with older, respectful children. While tolerant of other dogs, Lilly will do best in a home where she is the only dog. Lilly is undergoing heart worm treatment, so she will need a calm home to recuperate in. Since Lilly is happier in her foster home, she can be seen at Animal Care League by appointment.
