Elmwood Park, River Grove police blotter for Oct. 22

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Elmwood Park and River Grove police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Elmwood Park

ALCOHOL

Melvin Tenard Wilkerson, 32, of 718 Pine Ave., Chicago, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:44 a.m. Oct. 19 on the 2500 block of Harlem Avenue. His next court date is Oct. 24.

BATTERY

Grzegorz Lasota, 34, of 2435 N. 77th Court in Elmwood Park, was charged with domestic battery at his home at 6:22 p.m. Oct. 18. His next court date is Oct. 25.

Cory Mixon, 25, of 7534 W. North Ave. in Elmwood Park, was charged with domestic battery on the 7600 block of W. North Ave. at 9:59 a.m. Oct. 18. His next court date is Oct. 25.

DRUGS

Kamil Starzec, 19, of 2450 N. 73rd Court in Elmwood Park, was charged with possession of marijuana on the 7600 block of West Barry Avenue at 5:01 p.m. Oct. 20. His next court date is Nov. 9.

ORDER VIOLATION

Alexander Lagunas, 25, of 8665 W. Grand Ave., River Grove, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 15 on 2300 block of 77th Avenue and charged with the violation of an order of protection. His court date is Oct. 18.
