Elmwood Park, River Grove police blotter for Nov. 5

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Elmwood Park and River Grove police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Elmwood Park

TRAFFIC

Rogelio Engulo-Say, 43, of 2312 N. Latrobe Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. Nov. 1 on the 7100 block of Grand Avenue and charged with driving without a driver’s license and no automobile insurance. His court date is Nov. 30.

Iola Rodriguez, 25, of 4869 W. Concord Place, Chicago, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Nov. 4 and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. Her court date is Dec. 14.

River Grove

ALCOHOL

Francisco Lopez, 39, of 3624 W. 67th Place, Chicago, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Oct. 28 on the 8000 block of Grand Avenue and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding. His court date is Nov. 20.

Kaysee Frank, 23, of 8501 Catalpa Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Nov. 3 on the 2700 block of Thatcher Avenue and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, no valid driver’s license, no automobile insurance and not wearing a seat belt. His court date is Dec. 6.
