The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the River Grove Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

River Grove

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Victor B. Mitrevski, 32, of the 1600 block of North 16th Avenue, Melrose Park, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. Feb. 11 on 2405 Leyden Ave., River Grove, and charged with criminal trespassing. His court date is March 12.

DUI

Bruce T. Mullins, 44, of the 2600 block of Silver Creek Drive, Franklin Park, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. Feb. 15 on 2700 block of Thatcher Avenue and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. His court date is March 26.

Emanuel Solis, 32, of the 5000 block of North Harold Avenue, Schiller Park, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. Feb. 16 on the 3000 block of River Road and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs. His court date is March 21.

BATTERY

Gabriel A. Gonzalez, 31, of the 8000 block of West Grand Avenue, River Grove, was arrested of 7:29 p.m. Feb. 17 on 8100 block of Grand Avenue. His court date is March 21.~.
