The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Elmwood Park and River Grove police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Elmwood Park

DAMAGE

At 5:22 p.m. Jan. 9, a window was reported damaged on the 2000 block of 74th Avenue. A person shot at a window twice with a gun using small BBs, which made two holes in the window and caused $2,000 in damages.

At 5:50 p.m. Jan. 10, a vehicle was reported damaged on the 2600 block of 76th Avenue. Sometime between 10 p.m. Jan. 9 and 6:30 a.m. Jan. 10, someone entered a garage and broke out the window of a vehicle inside.

At 10:29 p.m. Jan. 10, a car was reported damaged on the 2900 block of 74th Avenue. Someone threw bricks at a Mitsubishi Eclipse breaking the front windshield and front passenger window.

At 8:57 p.m. Jan. 12, a car tire was reported damaged with a screw on the 2200 block of Harlem Avenue. The car’s owner told police the same damage has happened on three other occasions, and the owner believes it has been done intentionally.

TRAFFIC

Fabian Aranda-Garcia, 27, of 2248 N. Narragansett Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. Jan. 10 on the 8000 block of Grand Avenue and was charged with driving without a license, no car insurance and driving at least 20 mph above the speed limit. His court date is Feb. 10.

THEFT

At 10:49 a.m. Jan. 10, a car was reported stolen on the 2600 block of 76th Avenue. The victim told police a friend might have taken his 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara.

At 11:28 a.m. Jan. 12, a theft was reported on the 2700 block of 73rd Court. Outdoor Christmas lights were stolen from a tree.

At 1:28 p.m. Jan. 12, a car was reported stolen on the 2000 block of Harlem Avenue. Sometime between 11:50 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. Jan. 12, a running, dark gray 1988 GMC truck was taken from a gas station lot while the owner was inside the store area of the station.

River Grove

DUI

Janusz Fedorczak, 53,of 5431 N. East River Rd., Chicago, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. Jan. 14 at First Avenue and Fullerton Avenue and charged with two counts of aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol. His court date is Jan. 18.

Maximino Feliciano, 56m, of 4549 N. Hirschberg Ave., Schiller Park, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. Jan. 15 on 8200 block of Grand Avenue and charged with driving while under the influence . His court date is Feb. 14.

Marian Cybulski, 48, of 2545 N. Silver Creek Drive, Franklin Park, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Jan. 15 on 8800 block of Grand Avenue and charged with driving while under the influence. Her court date is Feb. 14.

Thomas Hess, 52, of 4615 N. Forestview Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. Jan. 14 on 3100 block of Thatcher Avenue and charged with driving while under the influenc. His court date is Feb. 14.
