‘Anything Goes’ April 20-22 at Fenwick

The Fenwick High School Black Friars Guild will present Cole Porter’s classic musical comedy at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 20, and Saturday, April 21 and at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 22, in the Fenwick auditorium, 505 Washington Blvd., Oak Park.

The plot: When a cruise ship heads out to sea, etiquette and convention head out the portholes as two unlikely pairs set off on the course of true love, proving that sometimes destiny needs a little help from a crew of singing sailors, an exotic disguise and some good old-fashioned blackmail.

Local students in the cast and crew include: of Oak Park — Kevin Bugielski, Jack Gallo, Olivia Kelleher and Nick Marotta; of River Forest — Luke Irvin, Jimmy McAllister and Emma Nockels; of Elmwood Park — Tommy Lanza, Bridget Gayer and Joey Mann.

Tickets are $14 for adults; $10 for students an senior citizens.
