Saint Patrick first quarter honor roll announced

CHICAGO — At Saint Patrick High School, 13 percent of the students earned First Honors in the first quarter of the new school year; 39 percent of the students earned Second Honors.

Saint Patrick is Chicago’s oldest, all-male Catholic high school. The following Elmwood Park students were honored:

First Honors

Grade 9 — John Scalzitti and Joseph Dempsey;

Grade 10 — Anthony Bosco;

Grade 11 — Nathan Handwerker;

Grade 12 — Oliver Anderson and Li (Leon) Zhou.

Second Honors

Grade 9 — Gregory Behzad Jr.; Carlos Figueroa; and Jason Nowak;

Grade 11 — Tristan Casillas; Paul Fosco; Anthony Grazian; Ian Lowe; John Sabella; and Christopher Virruso III;

Grade 12 — Dominic Boggia; Vincent Coha; Killian Dempsey; Peter Siwik; and David Wasz.
