Comedy spoof by Fenwick Blackfriars Guild Nov. 2-4

OAK PARK — The Fenwick High School Blackfriars Guild will open its new season by presenting “The Bold, The Young and The Murdered,” a new comedy by Don Zolidis, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, and Saturday, Nov. 3, and 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, in the Fenwick Auditorium, 505 Washington Blvd., Oak Park.

The play is a spoof of daytime dramas and murder mysteries. Area residents in the cast and crew include: of Oak Park — Ariyan Crittenden, Joe DeMuro, Meredith Henneberry, Dominic Matigian, Kat Moehring and Mary Therese Trainor; of River Forest — Mary Grace Babbo, Jimmy McAllister, Emma Nockels and Charlie Ocasek; of Elmwood Park — Julie D’Alessandro, Joey Mann, Justin Mann and Daren Sia; and of Forest Park — Kristin Westervelt and Rachel Whalen.

Tickets are $14 for adults and $10 for students and senior citizens.
